Emmanuel O. Bribena, a 1994 Second Class Upper Sociology graduate, was until December 2004,
the Senior Manager, Manpower Development for Oando Plc., Nigeria's foremost downstream oil marketing company.
For over three years, he was responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, competency management, performance
management and general staff training & development.
Prior to this time, he worked for over five years as a Senior Human and
Organizational Performance Consultant
with Accenture. During this period, he was directly involved in designing and implementing various Human
Resources solutions for clients within and outside Nigeria.
As a Director in Avira Limited, his core areas of practice include:
Organization & job design, competency-based
recruiting, job evaluation, performance management, compensation systems design, training & manpower
development. He has deep negotiation skills and is also an industrial relations practitioner.
Emmanuel
also has an Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Pan African
University (Lagos Business School).

Jafeh Ehabahe,
a 1998 Zoology graduate of the University of Benin, started his
career with Plumbline Communications in 2000 as an Admin Officer
where he was responsible for general administration and operational
duties. He later
joined Speakeezee, a telecom service company in 2004. As the head of
the flagship branch, he was responsible for the human and resource
management of the outlet; and ensuring the provision of optimum and
efficient services.
In 2005 he joined
Avira Limited as a Human Capital Analyst where he functions actively
in recruitment exercises, job designs and various HR tools design.
